Leading Self Directed Work teams
After six successful sessions, Stanwick organises again an open development programme for change agents responsible for implementing a team-based organisation. During 3 two-day work sessions you will learn how to assess, design, develop and coach operational teams.
The workshops offer you a mix of theoretical concepts (our unique TAO-approach), practical exercises, personal coaching and a company visit.
