An innovative roadmap for preventive stress-control

Stanwick helps you with the design and implementation of a comprehensive stress-control policy.

1. Putting forward a correct diagnosis

We help to discover the drivers of unbalance between workstress and employee’s resilience.  By means of a questionnaire we help to specify the needs of your organization, globally or within a number of departments.

2. Supporting the implementation

We help to draw up the implementation plan, and advise and support you during implementation.

3. Awareness workshops

We facilitate workshops for both management and their direct reports.  Focus is on 2 domains:

  • Create an insight in the dynamics of stress.  What is “stress” and how can we position stress in its work context?  What are the consequences of stress, at the level of the organization (cost & benefits), at the level of the team and for the individual.  How does a manager makes an interpretation of the stress of his/her direct reports.  And does one understand the nature of his/her own stress?
  • Propose feasible solutions to manage and control stress in a better way.  We help to enhance the organisation’s resilience by reconciling the different elements of the balance.

4. In-depth expertise

We help you to clarify specific domains of risk and jointly look for possible solutions that fit your organisation!
