Application procedure

At Stanwick, we try to realize long term recruitments.  Therefore we have developed a recruitment procedure that allows you, as a candidate, to meet with different Stanwick employees. This allows as well you as us to really get to know each other and to arrive at a good decision for both parties.

As a candidate you will go through different stages of the recruitment procedure:

  • First of all we evaluate your CV and your profile
  • When your CV and profile match the function description, you will be invited for a first encounter with one of the partners of Stanwick.
  • When this first encounter is evaluated positive by both parties, you will meet our HR-responsible. These meetings can take place at different timings. The objective of these meetings is getting to know each other. During these meetings you will of course get the opportunity to ask questions about the organization, the job, our expectations and our company culture.
  • When the first encounter was evaluated positive, you will be invited to analyze and present a case. This allows us to test your problem solving skills and some other basic skills essential to becoming a Stanwick consultant.
  • Final candidates will be invited to participate in an assessment center with our partner CPM (Consultants in Personal Management). The assessment center takes a whole day and you will get the opportunity to discuss the findings and to learn out of this experience.
  • The final step in the process is an invitation to discuss the contractual agreements.
