Your Function
You offer guidance and counseling within your proper area of expertise to customers. You support medium and large enterprises in change projects by working in a multidisciplinary team. Adhering to this counselling perspective, you value customer orientation, drive for results and professionalism.
Your Profile
• A university degree and at least 5 years of experience in a large enterprise or a consulting organization
• Relevant experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma
• The ability to work in an independent and flexible way showing a sound team spirit
• The ability to deal with the different levels of hierarchy in an organization and the international context of customers
• Drive to implement solutions @ the customer and attain/sustain long term results
• High level of process sensitivity and empathic abilities
• Dutch as mother tongue and a sound knowledge of English and French
