Your Function
You offer guidance and counseling in change projects. You support medium and large enterprises. Together with the client you design the change path and you support the client and their employees to deal with all the different aspects of change. Adhering to this counseling perspective, you value client orientation, drive for results and professionalism.
Your Profile
• A university degree and at least 5 years of experience in a large enterprise or a consulting organization.
• Relevant experience in change and project management, guiding/coaching teams and individuals, preferably in a manufacturing context.
• Relevant experience in facilitating workshops and trainings. Dealing with people is your true passion.
• The ability to work in an independent and flexible way showing a sound team spirit.
• The ability to deal with the different levels of hierarchy in an organization and the international context of our customers.
• Drive to implement solutions @ the customer and attain/sustain long term results.
• High level of process sensitivity and empathic abilities.
• Dutch as mother tongue and a sound knowledge of English and French.
