The Stanwick Consultant

"Implementing solutions that work"

The era of lengthy studies, extensive research and expert advice is almost over. Today,  the job of the consultant is to guide a customer to judge for himself and to answer his own questions.

Edgar Shein defined 3 ways in which consultants work with line managers: as an expert, as an extra pair of hands, or as a partner. Stanwick chooses by preference for partnership, whereby both parties are committed to working actively towards the achievement of the project. This way, solving the problem is a joint effort paying equal attention to both the technical issues and the accompanying human aspects.

The Stanwick consultant provides practical, tailor-made solutions to help generate new expertise and insights. We also aim to broaden the competency level of your managers so that they can develop and implement action plans that will make the system more effective. As part of the training, the manager will learn problem solving skills and techniques which will enable them to solve problems themselves.

Stanwick does not enforce solutions ; instead, we work in a mode of mutual co-operation.  During the course of the implementation process, Stanwick will gradually fade into the background, purposefully and step by step.
