"About 300 men and women in shifts are looking for improvement initiatives with full enthusiasm, they talk about their ideas and look for ways to implement their solutions. The number of improvement initiatives that have been noted by the support department have increased. This has been confirmed by a good Credo survey that showed incredible increase in the field of employee innovation and climate for innovation. We can conclude that we have successfully changed the company culture. We could not have done this without your help. The training sessions provided for CI-leads were motivating and the CI basic tool training sessions were spot-on. They gave technicians a small push in the back to start with Continuous Improvement. Everyone was impressed with the level of quality of the training sessions and how you brought across the content but also the motivation for CI to the work floor. We are very pleased with what we have realised within the CI team. You contribution has been crucial and therefore Stanwick can be proud with this for very good reasons."
