Lean Manufacturing

Stanwick Lean manufacturing training

Context

Lean Manufacturing is crucial today for organisations to remain competitive in a dynamic market. By implementing lean principles, companies can streamline their production process, reduce costs, increase efficiency and shorten lead times. This allows them to respond faster and more flexibly to customer needs.
Lean Manufacturing also promotes a culture of continuous improvement, where employees are engaged and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

Our approach

  • The training program consists of 1 work sessions each of 3 consecutive days.
  • Each session offers a mix of theoretical foundation and practical exercises (Lean Manufacturing Game).
  • Each session offers the opportunity to exchange experiences with other participants.
  • At the end of the training, there will be an examination. After succeeding with a final score of 70% or more, the participant will be awarded a “Lean Manufacturing Certificate”.

What can you expect?

  • We provide insight into the lean tools that have proven to be a great help in solving everyday problems in an industrial environment.
  • Concrete ways to apply the Lean toolbox in a structured and logical way in your own organisation (avoid cherry picking).
